FRANK MONTESONTI lives in San Diego and teaches creative writing in the MFA program at National University. His poems have appeared in magazines such as Black Warrior Review, Poet Lore, Spork, Alaska Quarterly Review, and Poems and Plays, among others. A Civic Pageant is the winner of the Spring 2007 Black River Chapbook competition.
