Spring 2013 Black River Chapbook Competition finalists & semi-finalists announced!

We’ve been itching to announce the finalists & semi-finalists for the Spring 2013 Black River Chapbook Competition, and the moment is finally here! We received close to 500 submissions this spring, so needless to say, the process of narrowing those entries down to a short list of awesomeness was no easy feat! A huge thanks to all the writers who entered–there are more than a few truly excellent manuscripts that don’t appear on these lists, and you made our job very hard in the best possible way.
